In Japan there is a tradition where each generation inherits a "Kamon" (family crest), which represents the values, history and the legacy of that family. The kamon also reflects the Japanese sense of beauty, the country?s culture, and lends a sense of dignity, pride, aesthetic sense and so on.

In 366 Days of Hanakomon (The Floral Emblem for 366 Days) we selected world-renowned Japanese traditional flowers for every single day of the year. Each selected flower is transformed combining the customs of the kamon into a ?Komon? (a Private Kamon) by designer Emi Sano. You can find traditional flowers like cherry blossoms, bellflowers and even European flowers in this collection.

We would like to present to all the world these attractive Japanese flowers with simple and beautiful design, so spread the word!

We also sell made-to-order products (for distribution only in Japan). Get your birthday?s Hanakomon carved on a wine or shochu bottle, on a crystal sphere, wax stamp or printed on a furoshiki (wrapping cloth).

Order now and give that special person an anniversary gift, or make your own original made-to-order Hanakomon product to commemorate a special day.

(Please note that our products are sold and distributed only in Japan)
